RUGELACH
As a child, I remember my grandmother baking Rugelach and other delicious pastries as she shared stories about my greatgrandmother and her recipes. Although the ingredients have changed slightly, I have stayed as true to the original recipe as possible.In the old country, grandmother prepared Rugelach only at holiday time. Today, Rugelach are enjoyed year-round with a favorite cup of tea, coffee or even a glass of dessert wine as a delicious dinner finale.
