Since 2001, I have been producing Rugelach and Vegan products for fine gourmet shops and health food stores in New York City. All our products are handmade with the utmost care and delivered fresh to the stores.

At Roman's Naturals we use only the best all-natural and organic ingredients. No preservatives, hydrogenated fats, artificial color or flavors are used. The Vegan products are 100% dairy free, egg free and wheat-free. They are full of flavor and are wonderfully moist and delicious.

As a child I remember my grandmother baking Rugelach and other delicious pastries while telling me about my great grandmother and her pastries. Although the ingredients have slightly changed over the years, I have kept as close to the original recipes as possible. For example, in the old country my grandmother used sour cream instead of cream cheese which was invented here in the United States.

Rugelach are now eaten every day whereas in my grandmother's time they were prepared only at holiday time. Rugelah are now enjoyed with a favorite cup of tea, coffee or even a glass of fine dessert wine for a great dinner finale.

Giving the gift of fine pastries is a great way to say thank you, celebrate a birthday or anniversary, or give as a corporate or holiday gift. With each gift we will include a hand written card with your special message.
